Sarah felt like a good friend from the first time we sat down for our consultation. She was so excited to make a connection with us as a couple, and that transferred all the way through until we received our pictures. She had great ideas for making our pictures stand out and supported our unique ideas as well. She was ready for anything! My family and friends have not stopped giving us compliments on how great our photographer was the day of the wedding and how much they love our pictures! During the wedding she was like a photography ghost – looking back at the pictures I had never even realized she was there at the time. We had a wonderful experience with Sarah photographing our family at our home. She was so wonderful with our children, and never gave up trying to get the perfect family portrait (as our 1 year old was being a bit difficult!). We plan to use her again for all of our family portraits!

On a beautiful fall day in October, 2010, we marked our 2-year wedding anniversary by having Sarah take family photos during one of her fall mini-sessions. We had so much fun, and Sarah was able to capture not only our joy, but some absolutely adorable photos of our otherwise stubborn and hyperactive dog. We have had so many compliments on the photos from family and friends – and I quite agree!

Sarah is fantastic. She did an in-home newborn session for our daughter when she was only 3 days old and worked so well with her despite her being so tiny and sleepy. Sarah is amazing! She has become our family photographer after the first session in which we asked her to take pictures at my husband’s grandparent’s 60th wedding anniversary party! She was so patient with all of the kids (5 under the age of 6!) and all of the craziness of our family. Since then we have had multiple family sessions, a maternity session, and taking pics of our newborn in the hospital. I have loved every picture and can’t wait to have her do more soon. I would recommend her to anyone and have done so often!

Sarah has done a wonderful job on all of our “projects”. Sarah did a wonderful job with our large family in August 2009. She shot our family on probably one of the hottest days of the year and was great with all the kids. She gave us everything we asked for and more. We had a total of 17 people, 8 kids and half of them were 4 and under. She shot portraits of each individual family, the whole group in creative and posed settings as well as candid shots of the kids playing. We got a ton of images that we absolutely loved. It has been amazing to watch her business develop on Facebook and see how well she has done since then. I highly recommend Sarah Gaylor Photography!
The photos from Sarah are beautiful and the in-home session created such a personal touch for the first photos of our son. We couldn’t be more pleased, but beyond her artistic eye and skills as a photographer, I was most impressed by her patience and professionalism! When our son finally arrived, 13 days late, Sarah was flexible with her schedule to accommodate our newborn photo session- even coming out to our home on her birthday with just a few hours’ notice! When she arrived and our precious newborn wasn’t quite ready for his close-up, Sarah waited patiently for him nurse and settle down before capturing the sweetest photos of our family. Sarah did an amazing job as our wedding photographer. We were impressed with her ability to capture both the big, public moments and the small, private ones without being intrusive.
